Upaya Pemulihan Reintegrasi Sosial Korban NAPZA dalam Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat
Abstract
Penyalahgunaan Narkotika, Psikotropika, dan Zat Adiktif Lainnya (NAPZA) merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang signifikan di Indonesia, yang berdampak pada kesejahteraan fisik, mental, sosial, dan ekonomi. Korban NAPZA sering menghadapi stigma sosial dan tantangan dalam reintegrasi setelah rehabilitasi. Studi ini mengkaji upaya untuk memfasilitasi reintegrasi sosial bagi korban NAPZA melalui Pusat Pembelajaran Masyarakat (PKBM) sebagai pendekatan pemulihan yang komprehensif. Metode penelitian menggunakan tinjauan pustaka, menganalisis 40 artikel tentang rehabilitasi dan reintegrasi di PKBM dengan menggunakan alat analisis Nvivo. Temuan menyoroti peran penting PKBM dalam menawarkan program pelatihan pendidikan dan vokasi, mengurangi stigma, dan mendukung keterlibatan keluarga dalam pemulihan. Intervensi utama meliputi pengembangan keterampilan, terapi psikososial dan spiritual, dan kampanye kesadaran publik. Reintegrasi yang efektif memerlukan dukungan multidimensi yang mencakup aspek medis, psikologis, sosial, dan ekonomi. PKBM menjembatani korban dan masyarakat, menumbuhkan lingkungan yang inklusif dan menyediakan kerangka kerja pemulihan yang berkelanjutan. Studi ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya pendekatan holistik PKBM dalam mempromosikan pemulihan jangka panjang dan mengurangi tingkat kekambuhan bagi korban NAPZA.
